What are combine harvesters?
The contemporary combine harvester is a multi-purpose equipment that can harvest a wide range of grain crops quickly and effectively. Three independent harvesting activities are combined into one process, resulting in the name. Crops that are often harvested using combine harvesters include wheat (oats), corn (maize), soy (flour), flax (linseed), wheat (rye and barley), barley (rye) and barley (barley).
The combine harvester also leaves stacks or mounds of the harvested produce in the field for drying. Grain harvesting may be made simpler by utilizing a machine that separates the edible and non-edible parts of the grain. Soybean and sunflower seeds are among the many crops that may be harvested with the use of a combine.
Harvesting conventional grain crops such as spiking cereals, bean cultures and oil plants may be done with the Combine Harvester in Nigeria. The ability to handle up to 2,000 hectares in a season with 45 t/h efficiency and productivity makes this a viable option. Combine Harvester’s Power Stream reduces waste and optimizes material input, ensuring a greater level of performance. It is feasible to eliminate shattering losses and ensure uniform feeding by employing this header with the original cutting unit (powered by a planetary gear reducer). Hydraulics drive the reel, which may automatically alter its speed to meet the movement of the ground.
A customized sieve suspension with a surface area of 7.1 square meters is utilized in the OptiFlow double cascade cleaning system for material cleaning. A huge drop height, powerfully tuned air flow, and a precleaner tine grid all work together to increase cleaning results. Using this patented method, the air flow is more evenly distributed, which reduces the risk of beards being stuck in sieves. Cleaners use a turbofan, which can be set to run at various speeds from the cab. There is no difficulty in cleaning and adjusting the sieves, and the new luxury cab makes it even more convenient. Once you have entered the operator station, you will notice how much more efficient you can be and how much less fatigued you will be as a result.
